New patient appointments can be made online to see our specialist.

Appointments can also be made via telephone during normal business hours 8:30am – 5:00pm,  Monday to Saturday.

Referrals:

A doctor’s referral is not required in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist, however patients who suffer from a chronic disease such as diabetes are encouraged to seek out a referral from their GP prior to booking an appointment.

First appointment:

Your initial appointment will consist of an assessment and will be scheduled for 30 minutes in duration. Simple treatments can be performed at the time of consultation, however a complex problem or treatment plan may require further evaluation and a second follow-up appointment to be booked. 

Please assist us by arriving early to your appointment and providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

1. X-rays, scans, tests or other imaging studies

2. List of medications

3. Health insurance details

Fees & HICAPS Services

Patients are able to claim rebates for their appointment fee on-the-spot at our practice using HICAPS Services. The rebate amount for an initial consultation varies between health funds. Patients may be covered in-full for their appointment, or may only receive a part-rebate on the day.

We encourage patients to check with their health fund that they have elected to have coverage for podiatry services prior to their scheduled appointment. Podiatry services are classed as an ancillary health service, and are covered under the extras table.
